Custom-Built, Modular Trench Boxes

When the project involves large sections of pipe, custom trench boxes are usually the solution. HT8 30-ft. and 24-ft. long steel trench boxes were joined with a specially-engineered locking pin, and a Pin-in-Place spreader arches were added to complete these 54-ft. long modular units. With the limited space encountered during this project, these custom-built, modular trench shields were extremely helpful and a much better alternative to open-cut. Approximately 5,700 feet of 48-inch water main was laid successfully with the right tools for the job.
