Rehabilitating a 100-year-old Water Main
Build a Box was the perfect solution for this project due to the need for multiple small pits in busy areas that had to be left open. The light-weight design and the flexibility of this trench box were additional advantages for this project. In one case, when adding depth to a pit, contractors simply added another panel to the top of the box. In another case, contractors left out a panel at the bottom of the box to get around a cross utility. Custom accessorized Barrier Posts integrate seamlessly into the corner posts, which made the perfect fall protection system.
